Brad Roberts

Brad is an entrepreneur who brings over 15 years of experience owning and managing small businesses. His career in the wine industry began with Arizona-based distributor Action Wine & Spirits, and during his tenure Brad served in roles managing operations, branding, and sales. Specializing in working with chain accounts, he built strong relationships with major retailers at the regional and national levels, and he eventually became a managing partner of the organization.

After years in distribution, Brad turned his focus to work directly with wineries as a supplier and served as National Sales Manager and Chain Accounts Manager for several labels throughout California. His involvement on both sides have provided Brad with a full understanding of the needs and requirements for all segments of the industry. Bringing his vast experience, rich network, and natural ability to build relationships, Brad partnered with Craig Stoller to form Link Wines USA in early 2015.

Chad Pokorny
Midwest Sales Manager

A Wisconsin native, Chad grew up working in the restaurant industry and brings more than 24 years of experience to the Link Wines team. Over the last decade, Chad has focused his career on wine sales, having worked for distributors and suppliers on brand and market development initiatives. Previously he led sales for Jamieson Ranch Vineyards, managing an 80,000 case portfolio, and most recently he created his own brokerage “Good Guy Brands” to bring wines from around to the world to the Midwest.

In his free time, you can find Chad with his family and friends, either hitting the links or hitting the lake. Of course, you can also find him rooting for the Green Bay Packers.

Brian Moore
National Sales Manager

Brian started his career by managing a division of Winn Dixie supermarkets in Florida. His passion for wine grew as he moved on to manage multiple sales territories for two of Georgia’s largest wine wholesalers. After spending many years on the wholesale side of the industry, Brian had the opportunity to work as the Georgia Area Manager for one of the first winemaking families in Lodi. His territory grew quickly to include seven states, then soon after doubled to 14. Brian’s vast experience in the retail and wholesale wine sales gives him an edge and understanding of the 3-tier system that is critical to success in the industry. His extensive knowledge and superior customer service skills have helped him establish and sustain long term relationships with key retail accounts and wholesale distributors from Florida to Maine to Texas.

Brian is a longtime resident of Atlanta where he resides with his wife and children. Family is the main focus for Brian as it continues to grow with more grandchildren every day. While not working Brian enjoys spending time on the golf course and fishing with friends.

Rudy Vasquez
West Coast Chain Account Manager

San Diego native Rudy Vasquez was introduced to fine wine and dining in his early years, working as a server in restaurants and country clubs in California. His love for travel and surfing has led him through journeys across multiple countries, learning new cultures and tasting incredible food and wine from around the world. Selling wine feels natural, as it comes from an authentic place of interest and passion for new endeavors.

Passions lead Rudy to the youth lifestyle sports industry, earning his stripes from sales rep to sales/marketing director for companies such as Spy, Hurley, and most recently Adidas. Vasquez has also spent several years working in licensing and manufacturing; bringing multiple brands into large market and global distribution.

When Vasquez is not working, you can usually find him in the water surfing and/or hanging out with his family at the beach.

Rudy is excited to join the Link Wines family, while contributing toward its continued success.

Don Weston
Northwest Sales Manager

As Sales Manager at Link Wines, Don oversees accounts in the Pacific Northwest and Mountain states.

A native of Northern California, Don has called Seattle home for 31 years. He was introduced to the wine industry as a Key Account Manager for Young’s Market and has over 20 years of experience managing sales for Chalone Wine Group, Grateful Palate, Vine Connections Imports, and Sokol Blosser Winery. Don enjoys building long-term relationships with his coworkers, distributors, and accounts. He takes a personal interest in helping partners grow their operations in sustainable and successful ways and he has gained many personal friends from his business relationships.

Running, skiing, hiking, and sharing in outdoor activities with his friends and family keep Don balanced in life.

Jeff Marston
Southwest Regional Sales Manager

Jeff manages accounts in the Southwest region as Sales Manager at Link Wines.

Jeff is a native Californian who has worked in the wine industry for more than 30 years. Over the past three decades, he has had the privilege to work with elite companies including Beringer Blass Wines, Wilson Daniels, and Pietra Santa Winery. Jeff has extensive working knowledge of all classes of trade and import channels. With vast experience in domestic and international sales, Jeff applies a multi-tiered approach to position brands successfully in the marketplace.

Jeff enjoys meeting people during his travels and sharing diverse, multicultural dining experiences. When Jeff isn’t selling wine, you can find him having fun in the sun—biking, fishing playing tennis, or entertaining with his wife Jody.
